Hungry? Want a simple, three-ingredients feast? Well, I’ve got you covered for lunchtime girlfriend! As the title speaks for itself and the dish doesn’t need anymore introduction I will go straight into the recipe. Feel free to add more of one particular ingredient or add a different sauce with your sandwich though!

Mozzarella Sandwich Toast, Jemssparkles, food, lunchThis is what you need for the sandwich: mozzarella cheese, basil pesto and tomato. (The Sweet Chili Sauce is optional but recommended.)

Mozzarella Sandwich Toast, Jemssparkles, food, lunchSlice the mozzarella and put four thin pieces on top of the tomato slices. Once you’re done, cover the whole thing up with another bread on top.

Mozzarella Sandwich Toast, Jemssparkles, food, lunchPut the toast-to-be in a sandwich maker such as the Tefal Minute Grill. Check regularly. If the toast is golden brown, your sandwich is ready!
